Just started our digital marketing - social media, video, website design and management company. Currently, this is managed by my brother and myself, we partner with other small business owners and SMEs with their marketing goals. There are many SMEs out there that have no time to manage their websites, add/update content etc. We feel there is a niche since many SMEs forget or don't update their websites after it's created. do I have to pay double tax if yes how can I avoid this?

im thinking of starting a DBA or LLC and fund it through door dash delivery service so I can get an apartment soon as im afraid they won't accept me as they'll see the occupation as a "gig". im thinking of putting myself as an employee and cutting myself a weekly check 1. is this valid? 2. would I have to pay double tax 1 for the business and 2 as an employee if yes how can I avoid this? 3. would you recommend I do something different, if yes what? ive also heard about a "flow through entity" any knowledge on this would be appreciated

Starting a clothing brand

I’ve literally always dreamt of making a clothing brand. But i’m just clueless on how to start. Do you recommend i start by drop shipping first and building a name then manufacturing myself? Also, is clothing a risky niche since the market is super saturated? Ive noticed even that celebs never launch clothing brands but stick to makeup, skin care, perfumes, etc. Is it because clothing lines fail?
