Part 1 of things you may need to hear
Things you may not want to hear but probably need to: Stop coding. Stop dreaming. Stop scheming. Stop planning. Validate first there is a problem, there are people with that problem, there are enough people with that problem, you can cost-effectively reach those people, and that people will pay for your product. You do not decide. The market decides. Users, called so because they use the product, and customers, called so because they pay you to use the product, decide. You are not Steve Jobs OR Steve Wozniak, and neither were Steve Jobs or Steve Wozniak how they're potrayed in the media. They did this first.

Prospect feedback questions for landing page?
Iām in the process of creating a landing page for a unique productivity app I'm validating. I want to include a small feedback form for people to provide some useful info to help me develop and market the app better. What 3 questions would you suggest asking potential users, to provide the most actionable feedback? Currently I have the following. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated! ; 1. What task will this app be most useful to you for? (shopping, packing lists, etc) 2. What features, not already included would you find useful if added to this app? 3. What would you be willing to pay per month for this app so we can keep development going in future?

We're working on adding APM functionalities to it to make it closer to an open-source alternative to data dog. Let me know what you think!

What's the most effective way to get user feedback?
Improvement ideas, bugs, favorite features or ranking usefulness, etc. Asking via email seems to be norm but really relies on the end user caring enough to respond, chatbots kind of get lagging data - so wondering what others have found success with or if this is a big issue still for others.
