Medical practice needs administrative assistant

I have a small (growing) solo private psychiatry practice in a large metropolitan area, and I'm considering hiring a part-time (15-20 hrs weekly) virtual admin. From what I've gathered after reading threads here, using Indeed or LinkedIn to post the position might not be the best. Networking hasn't turned up a good candidate. I'd like to find someone who at least stands a chance of being long-term (years). It's a customer-service oriented position, as I don't bill insurance right now - liaising with patients and their families, scheduling, billing credit cards, onboarding new patients. What would a good hourly wage likely to entice and retain someone with above-average to excellent customer service and admin skills? Where should I start looking?
