Should I take the L?

I bill my clients at the end of every month, for some reason one of my clients never got an invoice from me for last November 2021. It may be that I never sent it. Should I request payment now at the risk of looking unprofessional or take the L and move on. I know it would be inconvenient to add another month of cleaning services onto their books in one month especially after last year has ended. How would I go about asking for payment?
