Is 2021 the year cannabis becomes a part of normal conversations? When New York last week took its first step towards legalising cannabis, governor Andrew Cuomo praised the state as the 'progressive capital of the nation'. Comments like that are helping marijuana move into the mainstream, with governments and companies contemplating the billions of dollars in revenues they can reap from liberalisation for personal use. Cannabis companies raised nearly $4.3bn in debt and equity in the first quarter of 2021, compared with $1.6bn in the same period last year, according to Viridian. Stigma around cannabis use has rapidly unravelled in just a few years: 'It’s almost like a different time and world, so much has changed,' said Scott Cooper, chief executive of Truss Beverages. Tap the link in our bio to read more.

Making a website?

I’m not sure if this belongs here, if not just delete! As the title states, I would like to make a website for my husband and the small business he’s trying to grow. I’ve been trying to look into where to start to make one, but there are so many different options when I google it and I just don’t know where to start. Does anyone have any experience with this and can point me in the right direction?

Just started a single-member LLC, do I pay estimated quarterly taxes through my business bank account or my personal?

Hello! Thanks for any assistance here. I’m in the US and recently setup a Single Member LLC. Being taxed as a sole proprietorship is throwing me for a loop. Should I pay my estimated quarterly taxes using my business bank account or my personal bank account? I want to keep business and personal finances separate.

Analytics vs Search Console

I know the data in these 2 sources will never match completely, since they each have their own definition of what a click/view is. However, most people seem to find that the numbers are fairly close, with search console having a few more clicks than analytics has views. However, one of my websites is seeing the opposite trend, and much more extreme: Analytics is showing 4x more views than search console is clicks. I went through my analytics traffic, and none of it appears to be obvious bot traffic. My GSC is also using the domain property. Any idea what's going on here? And which data is likely to be more accurate?

GameStop Corp. plans to raise up to $700 million through a common stock offering to take advantage of its soaring share price. The Grapevine, Texas-based video game retailer, which has seen shares surge 916% this year through last week, plans to use funds from its “at-the-market” offering to accelerate its shift to an e-commerce-based model and to strengthen its balance sheet, which already has more than $500 million cash. Existing shareholders will be diluted by 5%. Go to the link in our bio for more on this story.

Naming my Camper Van company?

Hello! I’ve just sold my first converted camper van - meaning I buy an empty cargo van and build a complete livable home inside it. I’ve made $10,000 profit off of this one sale, so I’m looking to start a brand that produces more vans. Any naming ideas? My only one so far is Open Door Vans. (I have many awards to award great answers! 🥇)
