Constellations are weird.
I think constellations are a lovely way of marking out different regions of the sky, but here's one thing I don't understand. How did anyone see different objects in the constellations? Sure Triangulum makes sense, and so does Crux. They take on literal shapes. But how on earth did some people see Tucana as a toucan, or Taurus as a bull? I can't quite understand, unless the people who named these constellations had very active imaginations.

Saiph the star
Why in my region is this star so goddamn bright at this time? It shouldn’t be as bright according to the internet. Yet it outshines every star currently in the night sky

Safe and sound on the surface! Our Ingenuity #MarsHelicopter survived the first cold night on its own, a major milestone on the Red Planet, where surface temps can plunge as low as -130° F (-90° C). Its first flight attempt will be no sooner than April 11: https://t.co/pdr8Cssr1R https://t.co/BAQj8KmeRI

For those interested there is a new crypto coin called $SOGE Space Hoge with a great mission for astronomers.
The coin is only a day old and already showing tremendous support. The main goal of the coin is to acquire observatories and soon develop an app allowing the users to manually control a telescope from their phone for an allotted amount of time. All info and buying information for the project can be found on soge.finance. Thanks

🥶 It’s cold on Mars! 🔴 Our Ingenuity #MarsHelicopter is safe and sound at Jezero Crater on the rocky surface of Mars! Ingenuity has survived the first cold night on its own, a major milestone for the small rotorcraft because surface temps can plunge as low as -130 degrees F (-90 degrees C). If all goes well, Ingenuity’s first flight will be no sooner than the evening of April 11. In this picture taken by our Perseverance rover’s rear hazard camera, Ingenuity can be seen on the Martian surface on April 4, 2021, the 44th Martian day, or sol of the mission.
