How much of a pain would it be to change name of LLC

Basically I have been working on building a business for the last year. Its only been in construction, no advertising. The name I went with when registering the LLC, our email, our website (unpublished) was one I never really liked but couldn't come up with anything else. Also, the name that would be associated with 2021 taxes. We are just a few weeks away from announcing the business and I want to change the name....

when an employee leaves and turns in company phone and tablet, what updates/changes do you make before giving it to person filling the position

This probably would vary depending on industry or types of business but any recommendations on things you should or shouldn't be doing?

General contractor & osha / work right posters

Hey guys so I have a buddy who started doing general contracting like doing renos and foundations. The people he hires to help are 1099 contractors. My question is does he still need the posters if he has contractors or only if they are w2 employees. How do you set them up on a work site? Just sit them in your car everyday? Thanks!

Promoting To Friends & Family

Hey everyone first Time poster long time lurker ! I recently just started my own business and I’m really anxious to start driving in some sales. I’m currently still waiting on a couple things like business cards, brochures ,everything marketing actually and I just cannot sit still. After investing all this money, and equipment I really want to start generating some sales, & leads. Is it tacky to hit up my friends and family through DM on Facebook and Instagram? I have a little simple logo but I just need to get a social media post drafted so that I could start sharing it and promoting it I’ll even do paid but right now is that tacky to message them like hey I started my own company , I do auto GLass Express repair & replacements if you know anyone that needs a windshield let me know ?

Where can I get custom reloadable gift cards?

We give our referral bonuses to clients (home remodeling company). Traditionally we've just given them $100 bills, but someone brought up the idea of giving out a reloadable gift card with our logo on it. So every time a former client referred a new job to us, we could just load another $100 on their gift card. The idea is that they see our logo every time they pull it out of their wallet to use it. I've found many sites that I can order them custom, but not reloadable.

Do I add initial buildout costs to P&L?

Currently putting together a projected P&L to apply for a small business loan. Should I add cost of the initial buildout to the first month of the document? Also, any other tips for this process would be appreciated.

Need help find a platform/software that will be able to sell my large (500GB+) files.

I’m just starting my business off and I have created all the content needed to sell, but I have run into the problem of finding a software or platform that can sell these large digital files. Does anyone have recommendations for a site/company I can use to sell large files?
