Loan/SBA Loan Requirements?

Hello everyone, Has anyone here gotten over 100k in funding for their business from a bank, and if so, what did the bank require from you to approve the loan? Some background: I'm looking for $100-200k in a 2-3 year loan term. I resell collectible card games online and am profitable, but would like to expand my inventory for multiple reasons. I have 2 years of tax returns showing profitability, and have good bookkeeping practices. I recently got funding from Quickbooks Capital at a very high rate. This has been a good choice for the time being and I am still able to make a nice profit. That being said, I would like to find a lower rate, more money, and possibly longer terms. Covering shifts

Greetings to all! I hope someone can give me some ideas or maybe they know how to solve this riddle I faced. I work in a relatively small system, where we do 12h shifts. There are 4 people in a shift. Sometimes people call-in sick and then the shift is -1. Despite that the ammount of work that must be done is the same. The solutions so far were: 1) sending a text to all employees asking if someone can come and do overtime. If noone replies, 2) physically calling people and asking to come. If noone can come, 3) the owner comes out himself. If he can't, 4) continue working -1 Sadly, the 4th solution is becoming more frequent. So I started womdering if there are other solutions to this situation, more concrete. Would love to hear your thoughts and tips on this!

CRM recommendations, please!!! 🙏 Running a small business is both fun, rewarding, and hard. My business is growing and I am becoming inundated with customer emails. I am letting a lot of them fall by the wayside, which is terrible. I am currently training someone to help me with emails. Currently, I just have a Google Workspace account. My ideal situation would be a program that : 1) Collects emails, and shares them with myself and my assistant. 2) Allows assistant to write and send emails 3) keeps all correspondence for each client in a folder that has a ticket function. All in a way that is simple to use with an intuitive easy on the eyes interface. ... As you can tell, I am clueless about this:) Any help is much appreciated!

Can I offer Klarna Instore?

I was wondering if anyone can help me with the question above as Google seems to give me very mixed answers. I want to integrate Klarna as an in store payment option. However my business does not currently have an e-commence website. Is it possible to just apply for instore payments rather than both online and in store. When I try to sign up it is making me confirm which plugins I use for my website but I don’t use any as it’s not e-commence.

If I do a late election now for 2023, do I have run late payroll for the first quarter for what I’ve already paid myself? Or does it start when S corp is approved.

Starting an online small business, where do I incorporate?

I've heard many people talk about incorporating in Delaware because of its lax policies. I'm located in California, but am going to start running a completely online business. Can I incorporate in a state that has no state tax, and then legally say that I am operating out of that state (since this is an online business anyways)?

How do I make my online business appear more legitimate and appealing to potential customers?

I've recently started a subscription-based company and am having difficulty getting the word out. We are currently paying for Facebook ads but they have been unsuccessful so far. I know that a lot of it may have to do with the fact that our social media and website pages are all brand new and we only have 2 customer reviews... if it were me looking at a business in a similar situation, I would be hesitant to make a purchase as well, only because there's no hard proof that it's legitimate. We have built everything from the ground up and are ready to ship orders as they are placed, but so far have only received orders from people that know us in real life. Is there a way to kind of beef up our social media/product website so that potential customers will trust us more?

The YouTube side hustle? Scam or not?

Are any of you running a YouTube side hustle just to get a few $100 extra a month. I hate the goldrush YouTube earnings mentality a lot and am just wondering if any sensible small business owners do this as an option. After a little investigation it does seem to pull a few people in "making content" and money then crashing their numbers as they stop promotions. Its awful how nice people can get done over like this while the conspiracy idiots get the supposed "algorithm boost". Is it worth me growing a channel.

Sending small parcels to the US from the UK

Hi all, I run a small eccommerce business mainly through ebay, mostly selling small items. Recently I've been getting more orders from over seas especially from the US. I do charge slightly more for international shipping but sending through royal mail tracked is so expensive (especially when its a parcel), I've been looking at other options and considering using Evri as they are much cheaper but I'm unable to find who their US based parnter is, does anyone know? Any other tracked shipping suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
