After a long absence from the spotlight, Emma Watson is back… with a premium gin. The launch of the gin brand Renais comes at a time of new horizons for Emma. She hasn’t made a movie since Little Women, which finished shooting at the end of 2018. Given she is one of the most bankable actors in Hollywood, and has worked steadily, and with spectacular success, since childhood (she was 10 years old during the filming of the first Harry Potter film), her step away from acting was a profound change in her life. Tap the link in bio to read the whole piece. Follow ft_weekend and fthtsi for more. Images: Rich Stapleton

Ideas with aluminum

Let me know if this is the wrong place but I thought I’d post for some ideas from you guys! I’ve got practically an unlimited amount of aluminum scrap at my disposal and am trying to find a product to make from it. It ranges from large to small c channels and plates. I was thinking maybe polished headphone stands maybe or something small that’s niche. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

When to start investing in paid marketing for my online store?

I've recently started getting some organic sales on my website, primarily through free marketing methods like social media and SEO. When is the right time to start investing in paid marketing?

Business Bank with customer service

I currently use Novo, and I am looking for a business bank with customer support and faster deposits. I have looked into Found, Lilly, Bluevine, Relay, Mercury, Northone, and none of them had a customer phone number that I could call. I really don't want to use Chase or Bank of America, because they can lock your account if they don't like your politics, so what are my options? I don't have wells fargo or US bank in my area so I cannot create an account there.

Need advice

A customer ordered from me about a year ago, I just got a message from them saying "Hey I realized I never reached out, but my order from you never arrived" Any advice on what I should say? I have no way of tracking it since it's been a year.

Insurance for home photo studio/office in hurricane zone

Hi all, I am a full-time photographer and I work from home quite a bit, with editing and a home studio. I am also about to begin renting the 2nd bedroom out on Airbnb. But I'm also in a hurricane zone, in St Pete Beach. I do not own the apartment, I am a renter. But I do run my business out of my apartment. Any suggestions on insurance for people with home studios, home offices, etc.

What is/was your biggest struggle when you considered starting or started your own business (LLC formation, Branding, Marketing, etc)?

I am in the process of considering starting my own business. I am wanting to know what YOUR biggest struggles are/were when it came to you starting or wanting to start your own business... Did you form an LLC? What was your struggle surrounding that? Have you been doing branding and marketing for your business? What is your biggest struggle surrounding that? Did you seek out legal advice, accounting advice, other any other advice to get your business set up correctly? Did you do market research for your business idea before you started? Any other advice or struggles you can share with me? **If you ultimately decided to NOT start your own business - what was your reason for that decision?** Thank you all in advance for your invaluable input! I just want to start off on the right foot!

Task tracking

As my new small business is growing and I now have several customers, I am finding myself looking for a software platform for tracking follow ups and existing tickets. My business is IT technical consulting. I provide a wide array of IT services to numerous small businesses (5-100 employees). I may soon be required to bring on some employees to help keep up as well. Right now, I am just writing it all down in a notebook, but it is not very efficient. Do you have a recommendation for a platform for keeping track of to-do's? Free or inexpensive is preferred for now. I already have a large number of business expenses I am trying to get a handle on.

Digital Products Business

Hi, I'm a freelance designer and content writer looking to start a business of my own on the side because finding clients is getting harder and harder. I am ready to put in the work, and since I specialize in social media content creation, I have knowledge about digital marketing as well. I'm just confused about what products are high in demand yet not as saturated to break through in the market and earn not much, but like 30-50$ daily. If someone has a similar successful business, I would love some help and feedback. Thank you for your time!
