Trying to get my business on google maps. But i found out i need a non residential spot. So wondering what is affordable but still valid for google. Because if i can i will literally rent a closet. Since i dont need a physical location

Simple inventory advice

I own a bar/restaurant. We are finally at the point where I need to find an inventory system that isn't just hand writing lists. Any advice on some affordable software I should use? Need to be able to track multiple items under multiple categories (liquor/beer/merch/mixers, etc)

Does anyone have a great source for buying retail packaging in bulk, particularly pillow boxes?

We use pillow boxes for our products (not boxes for pillows, boxes that are shaped like pillows like this [https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0932/2776/products/PB114K\_1\_grande.jpg](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0932/2776/products/PB114K_1_grande.jpg?v=1552739068) ) and right now we're buying them in packs of 50, which isn't as cost-effective as I'm sure it could be and I've tried reaching the manufacturer to buy in bulk, but can't get through to them) Uline has some, but not in the right sizes (the ones we're getting now are 7.3 x 3.95 inches and a bit over an inch thick, it works out to about $0.26/each, they are perfect and I don't really want to switch sizes at all as all of our shipping materials are scaled perfectly with that.) I've looked all over the place for a bulk source for them with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

Taking an advanced payment on a recurring payment on stripe

Scenario I sign a client on May 1st, however, I only start delivering the service on May 20th. I offer a monthly retainer. I want to receive payment on May 1st to secure the client and reserve the resources to deliver the service. Solution I think the best solution is to receive an advance payment from the client on May 1 for the 1st month and collect the rest of the payments on the 20th of every month with the next payment on Jun 20th. I'd really like to avoid getting the customer to may two payments. A payment on May 1 for just a deposit and additional payment later one to begin the recurring payment.

Does anyone use Quickbooks Bank Account with Quickbooks online?

I am looking for a new business bank account. I prefer to deposit checks from my phone. While a relationship with a bank would be handy, I prefer low to no fees. I was getting hammered by fees everytime I got an ACH payment via quickbooks online so I am wondering if those fees are waived if you also bank with Quickbooks
