Mine is probably a tie between Warrior II, Tree (as long as my right foot is the trunk) and bow. And obviously shavasana. Haha. I kid.

Hot 26 people: how do you wash your yoga clothes?
I wear Lululemons most of the time to Hot 26. I wash them in Woolite on gentle cycle and sometimes they still stink. How do you take the smell out without ruining the garment?

How to get back into it? And how to push through the discomfort?
I (23F) haven’t steadily practiced yoga ever, it’s always been on and off. However, I know the benefits it has on me and how I feel afterwards. Since doing yoga I’ve gained 30lbs and now a beginner video sometimes feels challenging. I know this is normal, but in my head, since it’s hard I tend to procrastinate doing it. How do I get past that/work with the discomfort? I want to be able to have a steady yoga schedule and feel the benefits but feel lost.

Had such a wonderful chat with my yoga teacher today.
I had some questions about my chaturanga to upward facing dog transition today and I stayed after class to ask my teacher about the form. They stayed behind with me for ten minutes and talked with me about life and also helped me correct my form. They gave me a number of variations to try at home so I could figure out what’s best for me and to slowly learn to transition into “harder” variations. It was extremely wholesome, caring and a true show of their skill level. Just wanted to share this positive experience, as it definitely made my day.

hi friends! advice on supplement for recovery please
Hello! I have been practicing yoga everyday at a studio for hot vinyasa classes. It has been a year and I feel like I am having a bit of burn out. I am not a person that eats a lot. I feel like my recovery is not fast enough. I know that taking day off the mat is a good idea but does any of you also use vegan protein powder? I am using protein powder with BCAA and glutamine but deep down i know its super processed so I am trying to find a natural way to boost my recovery process. Thank you.

Question about two different Yoga classes in a row
Is it strange/bad for the body/ perfectly fine to practice 20 minutes of a flow class and following it with 30 of Yin?

[COMP] Working my feet closer and closer to the cat in scorpion pose 😹
I'm somewhat new to yoga still but used to do gymnastics which helps a lot for inverted poses. I've been having a lot of fun working on scorpion pose, but still have a lot of work to do on my back and leg flexibility. Anyone have advice on things for me to focus on?
