Making a private gym
Hi! Im a 15 year old with a huge passion for combat sports and lifting. Thats what i spend basically all my days on. Recently i saw a video on a sick gym in texas ([Alphaland](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuGFc67D3Mk&t=1772s)) and came up with the idea of making a private gym that is both a martial arts gym and a lifting gym. This is a huge interest for me and i would definitley commit my life to it. Does anyone have any input on how to do this successfully, like where to start and so on?

Need help with business project for college
The project is to create a business and have plans on how to run it like the budget, the structure, mission statement and stuff. The business I created is a Dollar store (or discount store). The problem I need help with is how to differentiate my store, how do I make it stand out. I’m not sure how to differentiate from stores like Dollar general, Dollar tree, Family dollar or others. They all are kinda the same except for Dollar tree which actually sells products at one dollar. Anyone have any ideas that can help me improve on or differentiate my business? One idea i have is being open 24 hrs, is this realistic?

Need Namimg Help
I'm starting up a new small business venture focusing on making scented wax melts and tiny wax chips to use when using wax stamps. I've been trying to create social media pages to branch out to my target market, but I'm having trouble finding an identity. I wanted to use my first name in the branding but that isn't possible as someone has already done so and is selling the exact same product. I'm hoping for some guidance or suggestions.
