Looking for business name recommendations for a salsa company

I have always loved making homemade salsa and have been encouraged over and over by my friends to start selling it by the jar. I finally have to opportunity to have it sold in a busy local shop but need help coming up with a name for my brand. There are some “key words” that I have thought about incorporating into the name but I’m open to any and all ideas for something catchy. Thanks in advance! Words I’ve considered using in the name: Soul, Southern, Sunshine, Sass, Savannah, Florida, Jaxson Names I’ve come up with so far: Southern Salsa Chick, Soul Pepper, Soul and Spice The Florida Salsa Company , Savannah’s Gourmet Salsa, Southern Sass Salsa, Sassy Salsa Girl, Jaxson’s Jammin Salsa, Hot Mama Salsas, Sunshine State Salsas

I applied for my LLC through LegalZoom. I just received an official looking letter offering to provide an employment poster for $118. The letter was addressed to my business name, LLC and had a business ID on it. I haven't received my paperwork back from the state yet. How would this service...

know the name of my business and know my business id before I do? I googled around and saw that there are employment poster scammers, but this letter looked official and had details of my business that I haven't even seen yet. EDIT I'm in Arkansas and the company offering the poster service is from Florida.

Fired my first employee

Fired her after the third warning for talking to me in a bad manner/sassing me. She was kinda useful but pretty sure what I taught her can be taught to anyone else. Problem is that now she's going all over the internet dragging our name through dirt. I've warned the psycho that we will pursue legal action but she's not behaving. Should I send a legal notification or just let her run her psycho course till she realizes it's not worth it and finds a job. C×nt

Looking for feedback on my website.

I recently overhauled my website (I run a small nutritional supplement business). Any feedback on the site e.g. colour scheme, looks, ease of navigation, even how the products look etc. would be much appreciated. Link: www.pasquil.shop

Hourly Business Consultant?

Hi all, I am looking for a website with hourly consultants that cover everything about business such as sales, marketing, HR, accounting, finance, and etc. We have a small business and we have a lot of growing pains so it would be good to talk to an expert who has been through what we are experiencing. Ideally, we would only talk to them for 30minutes to an hour and just ask our questions. We do not need them to do work because we have the workers to do the work. It would be great if the website had ratings and reviews for that consultant. Is there any website out there like that?

What small businesses spend the most on credit cards each month?

I had a business idea where the target market would be individuals or small business owners who use their credit cards a lot, for example to buy inventory or other overhead costs. Off the top of my head the ones that come to mind are: \- Amazon sellers (card on file for charges) \- Shopify store owners (a lot put their charges on credit card + inventory + advertising) \- Any small business that runs google or facebook ads (I believe you need a credit card to run ads) Any other ideas of people / small businesses that use their credit card often, and for large sums? (vs just using bank transfers / etc).

New bus dev manager - expectations

Good afternoon * I know the answer to this question will depend on a range of factors, but I’m really after a general feeling if possible. We bought on a new, experienced bus dev manager at the start of March and they’re yet to complete any business. In truth nothing seems very close. I wondered how long you’d expect it to take to start signing off deals? I understand it takes time to get used to a new company but I’d expect something by the end of month 3. Am I being realistic? It’s a good business with an active sales pipeline, which was handed over. What would you personally expect in your business? Thanks for any input.

Tina Turner dies at 83. In this photo, the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll sings to an audience of 60,000 people at Woburn Abbey, a stately home in Woburn, Britain, July 28, 1990.     Turner, who began her career in the 1950s during the early years of rock 'n' roll, died peacefully after a long illness in her home in Küsnacht near Zurich, Switzerland, her representative said.   📷 coombskj 🔗 Read more about the singer who left a hardscrabble farming community and abusive relationship to become one of the top recording artists of all time at our link in bio

Ownership Distribution Change with an S-Corp, help!

Hi all, Here's the long and short of it, husband and I run an S-Corp with 50/50 ownership between us. We do payroll through quickbooks, and file all relevant employment taxes. We have one 1099 that does website work for us, but now we would like to bring him on as an employee. Since we are an S Corp, we have to make him a shareholder--so we agreed on 5%. We filed form 2553 back in January establishing the S Corp with 50/50 ownership, so how would I go about notifying the IRS/amending the from 2553? Would very much appreciate any help you all could provide. Thanks!
