Overseas client paid me $20k in crypto, left the company and is asking to refund the escrow to him

Basically we charge $5k and $15k is for escrow, to be paid for ads on the clients behalf This client is overseas, paid us in crpyto for the full amount. This guy was the only contact i had in the company, told me he left the company and that the project is cancelled, is telling me to keep the payment but send the escrow amount back to him Aside from the fact that this is all so shady, the fuck do i do,

Any issues with purchasing a ".org" website, when the ".com" version is unavailable?

All of our business comes from e-mails, meetings, and in-general direct communication. I imagine anyone that goes to our website would get it directly from my e-mail signature or documents that I provide. So I think utilizing a ".org" wouldn't cause any issues in terms of access or someone accidently entering in the ".com" version. However, are there any legal issues I should be considering? When I enter the ".com" version of the URL it doesn't currently go anywhere. When I looked it up utilizing GoDaddy's WHOIS database, it looks like GoDaddy actually owns it.

First employee quit

Fist time long time here. I started a coffee shop and eatery with a bar upstairs 2 year ago in a town of 30k in the Midwest. Just had my first employee quit and Iā€™m pretty sure itā€™s because Iā€™m not ā€œthere enoughā€ or implement his new ideas fast enough. Iā€™m also going on 2 years, no paycheck, barely making it, so maybe that burnout is setting in for me. Iā€™m trying to the take him leaving as personal because Iā€™m a big believer that people donā€™t leave jobs, they leave people. Iā€™ve tried really hard to create a good culture here and our turnover is very minimal. I guess I just want to say that the pressure of keeping the place on the rails, staffed and solvent while Iā€™m not taking a paycheck is starting to break me. My question he is ā€œAm I alone?ā€ Anyone else grinding and just have such a hard time going in? TIA

Starter Business Credit Card? No Business Revenue.

My personal credit is around 720+ My oldest cc is around 1yr and 9months I have 3 cc, 2 with discover and 1 with Capital one. I also have a checking, savings and auto loan with Capital one. I have 10k in my savings but don't really want to use but if I have to then I might. Some cards I seen and was wondering if I can get them are: Capital One Spark Cashback, US Bank Triple Cash, Amex Blue, Amex Gold, Brex Business CC, Chase Ink & Divvy.

Today, retail's biggest buzzword is omnichannel: an approach to commerce that involves both online and brick-and-mortar channels to create a seamless customer experience. It's a simple concept that requires a robust supply chain, keen logistical planning, and smart customer research to make work. But countless brands say it's all worth the effort. "The customer doesn't care where you are. They just want to love the brand, and they're going to buy it wherever they are," says Andy dunn, co-founder of the New York City-based men's clothing brand bonobos.ā  ā  While that sounds simple, implementing an omniĀchanĀnel retail strategy--whether through brand-owned stores, retail partners, or both--can be messy. Link in bio for our quick guide to getting started, informed by insights from top brands including away, harrys, and reformation. (Reporting by rebeccadecz / Illustration by franziska)

Tracking bulk purchase inventory

Hey all - trying to get some advice. My SO runs a small business where she will buy items in bulk and resell them. To put it simply. Say she will buy 4 totes of bulk for $100 and then eventually sell it for say $600. Items are rarely ever the same. Our accountant is asking us to to keep track of inventory price paid per item. These totes could have hundreds of things in them, all different. So would she just divide the purchase price by how many items were in the lot? In Square enter the purchase price as item A .25 item B .25 item C .25? In QBO we log any money spent on inventory ad inventory assets. So we know how much we spent yearly on stuff. Does the IRS really care about how much each item costs? Is there a better way we can comply with our accountants request?

Website feedback please !

Working on opening up my store to the public. I already have almost daily traffic. Still working on product pictures and descriptions . Have been doing in person community events but am getting to the point of opening up larger. Feedback would be so appreciated. I am absolutely not a professional website builder and did this all myself. https://Chil-IndigenousFoods.com

My Trucks are Stuck!!!

I have purchased a lot for temporary parking for Tractor Trailers, by the day, week or month. It is in a major mid west city with easy access to Interstate traffic. It has 300 spots available and is open to Owner Operators, Big and Small corp. fleets etc... Basically anyone who needs to park or store their Truck or Trailer for 24hours or for several months. I'm at 50% occupancy and am looking for marketing/advertising ideas on how to get this lot up to 90-95% full! (100% would be awesome) Any and all ideas will be appreciated!:) ***And I do mean any and All!!!*** Bless your Genius!

Accountant / Tax Adviser Orange County CA

Unhappy with my current accountant. They do the absolute minimum to advise me, and just data entry for my business and personal tax returns it seems. They also make an uncomfortable amount of mistakes that I catch, god knows the amount i donā€™t catch. Ideally, I would love to find someone local that is really helping me shape my decision making as my business grows, and advise on how to best (of course) minimize my tax liability. Anyone have someone they canā€™t live without in the oc aeea?

How to sell a pancake mix in 1 local supermarket?

I know, doesnā€™t sound super sexy BUT my mom has an incredible pancake mix sheā€™s made (corn, oat, coconut flour etc) and I think a local supermarket would sell it for fun as a trial. How do I find out the food safety regulations/process to sell a product? Located in MA.

Paid as Individual or Company

Aloha. I'm a Scuba Instructor in O'ahu and own my own small business, but am working as an independent contractor for another scuba shop part time to save money and build things slow until I can support myself working for myself full-time. Is it better to have them write the checks to me personally or to my LLC? What would benefit me tax wise as well?

Can you combine SBA 7(a) and 504?

Is it possible to use both at same time for a business acquisition? 7(a) for the business and 504 for the building, land, and equipment?
