In 1960, you would’ve paid $3 for a pair of Doc Martens. Now, they can cost well over $200. Here is how Doc Martens went from work boots to a staple in the wardrobe of young girls https://t.co/YuTkpkZnXs

Things I still have a hard time wrapping my head around. Have you experienced this?
As a business owner, I have learned a great deal about people's spending and shopping behaviors not all but a good majority. For example, my boutique is new so I want to get it out there for the world. I offer a few promotional items. But only through my FB ads. It's free so you just have to pay for shipping and handling. What I have discovered. Folks would rather pay full price and get free shipping than pay for shipping on something that's free. For example: Necklace: $21.00 free shipping Same Necklace Free plus $11.97 shipping I was never good at math as a kid but I was really good as an adult. This is just a series of weird shit I see people do in both my businesses.

Doctors say transplant centers are strong revenue sources for hospitals; they charge high service fees, which factor into the overall cost, to help meet their bottom line. By the time it's all tallied up, a seven-figure transplant isn't all that surprising. https://t.co/Wmm2BjsrLa

How do you manage bad payers in your business
I constantly have bad payers in my business. I run an accounting practice and have been thinking of ways to manage this, I guess my options are I could request cash upfront, charge more. Speaking to other small business owners it also inevitably comes up, how do you know what terms to extend to someone and how much. Even getting any credit information on other small business seems difficult. Would be interested to know how you deal and manage this in your small business and lessons learnt.
