Chase is requesting a 'company overhead' in order for me to open a business checking account - what is this?

Not sure if this is the right sub to ask but I recently started a remote business, registered my LLC, etc. and now all I need is a business checking account to get things going. However, things became a headache since the LLC was initially formed by me and my partner but my partner is no longer part of the business. However, his name is still under the LLC. So in order to open the account myself, the rep had requested that I write a letter stating I have 100% ownership of the company AND a company overhead doc o go along with it. All I'm seeing is a spreadsheet/template online of ongoing business expenses - not sure if that's what the rep was referring to but I don't think it is because I have no business expenses, the LLC was literally formed a couple weeks ago and my business hasn't even officially 'launched' yet. So it doesn't make sense. Does overhead mean something else here?

how to recover your online EIN number?

I just applied for an EIN and was granted one immediately, however the page refreshed and went to the "thank you" screen before I could download the PDF including the number. I don't believe my email was captured that I know of and don't see any way to retrieve it? I tried calling the number on the IRS website to look it up, however, the automated voice said that there was no available to take the call and I should try again another day, however, there are still three whole hours left within their call window.... How the heck do you recover or look up your number!?

How much is employee insurance?

New potential business owner here, I want to offer employees with health insurance, but too afraid to actually call insurance agencies since we are fairly small (about 5 people). I see other businesses offer it and I want to be a competitive employer. Just want to get a ball park idea of how much is it to pay for 1 employee (health, dental, and vision, or just health), and/or his/her entire family (family of 3) per month? found a hobby I like, but how do I get more people to see

I found out that I really like the idea of making seaglass jewelery. I don't have seaglass on my beach so instead I have been collecting broken glass around train tracks etc. recycling it and throwing it in my tumbler to make a seaglass look. I'm really enjoying the recycling part because it's making me feel helpful to the world. I really want to continue this hobby and start a business out of it, but I have like no followers or friends that would be willing to spread the word... I live in a smaller town so I'm thinking I could do a booth next summer, or put a listing on Facebook marketplace. It shuts me down not getting any responses if anyone would want to buy something if I started selling them and makes me want to give up. Tldr; I am making recycled glass jewelry inspired by seaglass, but none of my existing friends or followers want to help get my product to more eyes. How do I get more interested people to see my work?

Am I going to be able to get an SBA loan?

Hi All, My wife and I are currently in the process of trying to open a mid-size bar/entertainment facility in Texas. From our initial estimates it looks like it will take 1.5-2 million to get started and have enough working capital to succeed. Our plan has been to raise 200-300k from investors and borrow the rest via SBA loan. I’m wondering if anyone here can tell me how likely I am to get approved, or offer any tips for financing. If it helps, I have excellent credit and make roughly 225k in W2 income each year. We have roughly 400k in personal assets, but most of it is tied up in our primary home and a rental property.
