Starting a dating site and need advice

So I'm developing a dating site with an emphasis on hobbies. I'm wondering if anyone here currently runs a dating site that could tell me what sort of obstacles you came up against while building your business.

Anyone knows if 40% Urea cream categorized as Cosmetic or Drug per FAD protocol?

I looked into some of the urea products from Amazon but could not find the information if they are drugs or cosmetics. I am thinking of doing some cosmetic business with urea ingredient but not sure if that would be considered as cosmetics or drugs. As cosmetics & drugs are facing different requirement per FDA, the cost and protocol are also very different. Any input are appreciated. thank you

Any advice on growing a mailing list?

I'm an painter and started my mailing list a few months ago... I took an online class and have been sending my newsletters monthly. Names for (future) business LLC

Hi all, when starting out as a sole proprietor (in my case, solo video/photo/graphics work), would it be appropriate to brand myself as "John Smith Media" and expect that if/when I later form an LLC and need a business name (legal name?) that I could continue to use the same *John Smith Media* at that point? Or is it beneficial to have a clean slate, and come up with some name totally different, once forming the LLC and business name (for legal, financial, etc reasons)? Thank you!
