My growth plan is based on milestones: "once we have x revenue, we can do y". My business partner is adamment that a plan without a dated deadline is no plan.
We're a small-budget cooperative startup. My growth plan is based on milestones: "once we have x revenue, we can do y", "once we've made x profit, we can afford y". Milestones that happen when they happen and, certainly in the startup phase, are impossible to set a date to. My business partner is adamment that a plan without a dated deadline is no plan. Important to note that this doesn't mean we're not working towards those milestones. Of course we are, we're running the business and in the process of doing business, we're working towards those milestones. But in this stage it is impossible to say if a milestone will take 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years. My business partner's position is that because it is impossible to say if things will take 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years, there is no plan. And because according to him there is no plan, it's no better than a dream.

What will Square use my SSN for if I apply for a Square Checking Account?
Hi, I recently created a square checking account and they asked for my SSN. I just want to know if they will be using my SSN to anything credit score related, or if it is just used to verify.

How to get more business as an HVAC service and install contractor?
I’m hoping anyone there are some heating and air guys that can chime in and let me know specifics on how to grab more customers. My main target is light commercial, like restaurant owners, grocery stores, commercial real estate owners, but we will take just about anything thrown our way. A good amount of residential clients will suffice as well, I just like commercial customers as they call you multiple times to fix a huge range of their equipment. We are on the next door app, although i didn’t set that up i’m not sure if there’s higher tiers of advertising that you could purchase. And I have heard of PMNow but I have to say im a little skeptical
