Diverse and attainable-looking yoga Instagram accounts
I'd like to follow some good yoga Instagram accounts but I'm not really sure who to start with. I don't want my feed to be filled with the ubiquitous thin white woman in yoga pants in ridiculously complicated looking poses. I don't want a feed filled with what feels like unattainable standards. Instead, I'd like to follow people who are more relatable to me and part of other marginalised communities. I'd particularly appreciate seeing people practising who are fat and/or disabled. That's my current reality, and I'd like to see a form of practice that feels more attainable to me, which I think this would help with. I'd also appreciate seeing people who use their platform to speak out about intersectionality and social justice if at all possible. Are there any accounts like this that you'd recommend?

How are you supposed to look at a yoga video and switch positions at the same time?
In some positions is very hard to look at a screen and change positions at the same time. Are you supposed to memorize the positions and then do them without looking at the video?
