[SERIOUS] How are you feeling about the state of crypto as a whole

First it was Reddit Avatars, then it was a Dogecoin pump, and now it seems like all alts want a piece of the pump. BTC holding support at $20K and trying to slowly climb up. This sub is starting to get hyped and fomo; optimism, greed are FOMO are reaching levels I haven't seen in this sub for nearly a year. The market is in flames, inflation is a problem and winter is coming to Europe. But.. the market is forward-thinking it doesn't always live in the present. So how do you feel about crypto as a whole; do you think we've reached a bottom and are starting a reversal, do you think the worst is still ahead, do you think we'll continue to crab, or do you confidently say, "I don't even know". Be careful with the "I'll buy your avatar for $ through paypal"

Some of you might have received spam messages lately, asking for you to sell your avatar. Don't even respond to this unless you want to waste the scammer's time a little bit. These accounts have low karma and no posts so they are easy to spot. OBVIOUSLY it's a scam, they will usually ask if you would like to sell your avatar for $120. Like first of all, at least get the prices right.(I think they lowball in purpose, as they think someone that doesn't keep up with the price, doesn't keep up with the latest scams either and is dumb) They will say they only buy through PayPal. As it's "safe for them". They might even send you the money (and later reverse/cancel the transaction) or send you a bill and try to make you think that it's the payment. This scam has been known for a long time and peaked when CS:GO trading skins were booming. Be careful and keep your seed phrases safe!

Why I decide to buy crypto now, I am not FOMO

There is a hot post saying that anybody who buys now is just FOMO. I cannot agree with it, here are my reasons: 1 listen to the influencers never paid off - end of year 2022 100k: nope 2 fearful people say: don't buy, we don't hit the bottom yet! - these guys missed out precious cycles and FOMOed in at ATHs 3 Nobody can see in the future, crypto can go up or go down and it will go to the right direction. We are in a bear market still (?), **nobody knows what's gonna happen next** if you listen and dont buy, you might regret it. So I do buy and I have no regrets. And I don't call it FOMO. I invest in what I believe.

Getting a new phone

Hello /r/CC! I am going to be purchasing a new phone, iPhone 14 if it matters. What steps do I need to take before taking my new phone in use? I don’t plan on selling my old phone, and therefore I don’t plan on wiping it, but just keep it in a drawer in case I need it in the future. I have seen a lot of posts here about people loosing access to accounts or seed phrases which would just destroy me. Soooo! What do I need to do? - Check seed phrases? - export keys to Authenticator? I’m exited to get a new phone but honestly it now terrifies me thinking about all the things that might go wrong.

Thoughts on Copy Trading ?

Hello, I've never read about copy trading on this subreddit yet, and i just remembered that this thing exist, when i first got into crypto, i got introduced to etoro which has a copy trading options. you could see the top traders who are performing well (ex: up 30% from last week) and you could copy the strategy or whenever they do an action you do the same automatically. my question is, where can i find this option as i want to try it but i have no idea which platform is best. ​ also, what do you think about copy trading, worth it ? nah?
