Are there any other ADHD crafters that take on too many crafts?

I just want to do EVERYTHING! When I get interested in something I jump in way too deep and I'm staying up too late trying to learn EVERYTHING about a new craft,,,then a few months later, oh look! Another new craft! I want to try that one! Same cycle. Over and over! Fortunately as I've gotten older I've recognized that this is my ADHD and I try really hard to tone myself down and work at a more moderate level. I don't like this aspect of me but there's just SOOOO much I want to try!!

Best way to add pictures to a notebook without causing issues?

I am working on a gift for someone who is going away in a couple of months. I have some different people writing in a notebook and selecting some pictures to add as well. The notebook is a standard Moleskine plain-paper notebook and the pictures are just standard print like from a Walgreens. I've never been good at creative things or arts and crafts, so I'm not sure about the best way to add the pictures to the notebook. I assume glue would wet the area of the page it hits and would risk smearing. I worry with a glue stick that I may end up accidentally getting parts of two pages stuck together. Tape I worry would deteriorate and not hold up well. Maybe all of those assumptions are completely wrong. So, I'm hoping maybe this sub could suggest the best way to do this?
