6. Amass Leverage “Leverage” refers to how much power you can put behind your actions. Forms of leverage: - Clients - Followers - Email subscribers - Trust - Network connections Amass it, and never give it away to make short-term money.

5. Lead With Value Always think about who you’re writing to. Ask yourself, “how can I deliver as much value as possible to this person?” Give useful education and tips on social media. Give potential clients a free audit or recommendation. Lead with value.

4. Start Small Don’t think about the jump from $0 to $100k/yr. Instead, think about making tiny steps forward. Write one post, send 10 cold emails/DMs, etc. Break your big goal into daily tasks, then focus on completing those. One step at a time.
