Drinking the 2005 Tai He Yiwu Gushu produced by wistariateahouse which I purchased via thejadeleaf. There is no doubt that this is really good aged Sheng. I guess also due to the Taiwan storage this excellent material gained a great balance and depth. I am brewing a standard 7g on 120ml or so. The first infusion is very sweet and has a certain juiciness and sappiness to it, the wet leaves kick you with a beautiful forrest floor aroma which is rounded of by a lingering aftertaste.
