After giving it much thought, I decided to give myself a second shot at having a Calathea White Fusion. Please send good vibes (and tips) to keep her aliveπ

Hellebores are beginning flower. Theyβre a fantastic source of pollen and nectar for early-emerging bees & the dunnocks who live in my garden eat their stamens. For humans living in a pandemic winter, their flowers are like a long drink after months of thirst. https://t.co/Mk3p2qwC6e

At Kew, we have nearly 60 bonsai trees. The smallest is 10cm high and the oldest is 180 years old! In spring the Hall crabapple (Malus halliana) is covered in pretty, pink blossom and in autumn the leaves of the Japanese maple (Acer Palmatum) change to a marvellous red. πΈπ https://t.co/KKBcj7KQNM

Bonsai are not dwarf forms of trees. If they were taken out of their pots and planted in the open ground, they would revert to full-sized trees! https://t.co/VdCp1qFdfn
