Have you ever tried Tequeños ? These are traditional appetizers in my home country Venezuela . They are made of a small blocks of semi soft white cheese wrapped in a flour dough then fried . Traditionally eaten with ketchup but this time I made a cilantro jalapeño sauce for dipping .
