Any ideas on how to digitize my recipes?

Many years ago I took all of my favorite recipes and typed them up onto a postcard size template. On the front I put a photo of something relevant and where I got my recipe. On the back was the actual recipe and instructions. I as able to print four on each sheet of cardstock which I then laminated for longevity. I then gave a set to each of my kids and of course kept one for myself. I have them in a holder and had them separated by categories. My oldest daughter has asked me if I’m able to digitize them for her as she’d like to save space. I’ve taken a photo of the front and back of a few but can’t connect them or think of a way of locating them that way. Does anyone have a solution that I just haven’t thought of? I’d much appreciate ideas. The photo is a sample of one recipe.

Spam Musubi with Szechuan Edamame

Marinade spam slices in a mix of soy sauce, sesame oil, pineapple juice and some spicy teriyaki sauce. To keep the salt down I used 'light' spam with less sodium and low salt soy sauce. The edamame is boiled, then drained and rinsed with cold water and let dry for a bit. Once it's dry and cool I mix it with some Szechuan style sauce.
