I got carried away and bought ~60 lbs of boneless/skinless chicken breasts. Then I smoked them all and sealed them into 36oz bags. I eat 6oz on a salad as my main meal 6x a week - so this should last me 4.5 months. Took 3 batches and all morning/afternoon… but now it’s done.
