You're probably not thinking about tipping when you snag a chicken Caesar wrap from the self-checkout kiosk at the airport or buy energy drinks at the gas station—but you very well might be asked to. According to a new survey , the increasing pressure to leave gratuity (and more of it) during a wider array of sales is actually leading people to pay service workers less, not more. Sentiment around tipping seems to have hit an all-time low. The problem is that tips are still the only way many food service workers make a living wage. Can I store meat in the freezer in large glass sealed containers? Preferred method?

I just ordered 3 large glass containers and was going to store chicken/minced beef/salmon in each. Is that good? Should I put them in vacuum sealed bags instead. I’ve read people use cling wrap to portion their meat also, is that safe? How about butchers paper? Can I do that and then place them in the glass container?
