How do you keep yourself motivated to do yoga to do it regularly/daily?

Whenever I do yoga, I do it on and off. Most of the time I do it in preparation of something (to loosen up the tightness when I go surf the following week/month etc) but like this I don't progress. When I am done with my surf weeks I don't start over again for some reason. When I see people doing inversions I am happy to see it is possible to create such a beautiful flow, but then again when I start yoga, I am nowhere near a level I want to be. I know it takes time to get on that level, but what are your tips and tricks to get to that certain level you aim at?

Yoga with Adrienne Courses

Hi! I do yoga 3 times a week at a yoga studio but I am starting to do it in the mornings right when I wake up, I have a little experience ( 1 year) but not yet to do my own routines. I've been looking at the Yoga with Adrienne to have as guide in the morning, but wondering which one is the right one for a intermediate, not too intense as I will have the whole day ahead of me! If you have any experience with these courses or have any others that you will like to recommend please share it! Thank you in advance 🤍

What is the slow yoga called?

Hello everyone. I just attended my first yoga class and I got arse handed to me. I thought it was going to be a nice relaxed atmosphere like in the movies where you just sit on the ground, stretch and breathe in and out. But noooo, we were doing squats, push ups, planks, curling and rowing weights. Wtf lmao. I just wanted to chill and stretch haha. The class was labeled "strength and stretch HOT", so I'm like ok bet 👌, idc if it's hot I just want to stretch cuz I drive for a living all day and I get very stiff from sitting everyday. Is there a name for the other stuff where you just sit and stretch?

Yoga Mats

Hi everyone, So I'm thinking of starting a side business making yoga mats. I am training to become a certified Yoga teacher and absolutely love the practice. I was wondering what is everyones favorite kind of material and what do you look for in your yoga mats? Any advice would be much appreciated!
