I baked a German Chocolate Cake from scratch

Not sure it's good enough to be on this sub but I'm still proud of my work:)

[OC] Panini Sandwich - Roasted Chicken, Gruyère Cheese, Provolone Cheese, Tomatoes, and Herb Mayo on TJ's French Onion Focaccia Bread.

[OC] In a happy accident, I over brined some elk pastrami I was making. Sliced it up, marinated it over night in bbq sauce and smoked it again to make this lovely elk jerky!
