Hip Impingement Modifications
I really like yoga, but my right hip has some kind of joint issue (currently working it up) where certain moves will bother it. What’s frustrating is, I don’t know which moves cause it, because during the class I feel okay, but afterwards in the next day, my right hip feels sore. Then I have to miss class for a few days, and I feel like I don’t progress in my practice at all. I imagine it’s probably things that put the hip in too much internal or external rotation. Has anyone dealt with anything similar? Are there any flows or specific modifications people know that are better for the hip?

Advice on Tight Knees
I am looking for some advice on my tight knees from the result of a ski injury. I partially tore my MCL, LCL, and hamstring in a ski accident earlier this year. I've been working on yoga to get back in the swing of things, but I still struggle with specific poses where my heels touch my butt. Child's pose is where I feel it the most, and I also feel it slightly when stretching my quadriceps. The pain feels like an extreme tightness that I could push past, but I generally place a bolster or a matt between my calves and my butt to decrease the stretch distance. ​ Does anyone have any advice on this?

Does anyone’s IT band hurt after stretching their hamstring
I have tight hamstrings so i try to stretch them. I notice that the more I stretch my hamstrings the more my IT band bothers me when I run. Is there a connection between stretching the hamstrings and IT band pain? Thank you
