Last time I made poutine I got some feedback about the gravy. Version two, I feel like I did better. Also I would like to thank not Canada, but Quebec for this wonderful gift.

Attempted my first Ramen!
Inspired by u/ramen_lord and Alex (FrenchGuyCooking) Made Tare, Dashi and Stock the day before and then pickles some radish as well as everything else. Kept it simple with the chicken for the family, but will definitely do some Cha Sui Pork next as well as get better bowls next time.
