Not exciting but good & pretty healthy vegetable soup for lunch this week.
I started a new job and literally don’t have time to eat much while working but might manage to quickly slurp soup so I made cheater’s vegetable. It’s just a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes, half a can of water, 1 can sliced carrots, 1 can of green beans, about half a can of corn & spices like bay leaf, pepper, & mushroom powder. If you’re really short on time, give this a shot. It’s very good.
