Do you fully remember who you were a year ago?

I feel like I always partly remember. But I couldn't REALLY tell you who I was a year ago. Sometimes I go through a phase were I learn something about myself or decide to change something about my life and then I don't even remember who I was a week ago. Do you guys have that too?

I can’t stop thinking about climate change, I’m literally terrified

I’m fifteen and I feel so hopeless about my future. I can’t stop worrying about global warming and the effect it’s going to have on humanity. I’m always thinking about what’s to come, and I’m dreading it, Water wars, deforestation, famines, droughts, rising sea level, extinction. It’s always in my head. It’s even worse because politicians aren’t doing anything and we’re running out of time to stop it. I feel so terrible all the time and it’s always running through my head. Whenever I think about it I cant do anything and O just sit in bed trying to take my mind off of it. I feel like my future ended before it even started.

How come I always meet psychopath guys??

I swear every single time I've met a guy (always been from dating apps) they lack in emotional intelligence, gaslight, abuse. How come this is a never-ending cycle? I'm so sick of it. Is it so hard to meet someone who actually has a heart?!
