The legendary actor was awarded an OBE for his services to drama on Thursday 🙌 It was announced he’d be receiving the award in the New Year’s Honours List in December, and Graham said he’d be dedicating it to his mum who had sadly passed away just a few days earlier. 🗣️ “A few days ago… this incredible, inspirational, warrior woman with the purest heart… my mum passed away. Her words as a child, ‘No one is above you and no one is below you… all are equal,' have remained with me throughout my life. I feel so honoured and proud to share this with her… An OBE for both of us mum.” Sharing a photo of himself with his OBE on Instagram on Thursday, Graham wrote: “For you mum and for any kid that's ever been told to ‘get a proper job’.” Congratulations @‌stephengraham1973 - your mum would be so proud ❤️
