Reckitt, the maker of Durex, has reported sales growth for its condom brand since the start of the year and expects it to continue growing 📈 The sales increase in the first quarter was led strongly by growth in China, comparing the figure to last year where there were heavy social distancing measurements in place, numbers are looking much better. Reckitt said it was seeing "some of the adverse effects of COVID begin to reverse" with the recovery for China expected over time "to be replicated in other markets where lockdowns have led to temporarily reduced demand". Glad to hear people are sharing the love post lockdown safely 😳

The new law raises the maximum penalty for those guilty of charges related to animal cruelty in England and Wales from six months in prison and an unlimited fine, to five years imprisonment. The Bill, also called Finn's Law, was led by Dave Wardell and his adorable dog Finn. Previously a police officer, Dave launched the Finn's Law campaign after Finn, after his 11-year-old German Shepherd Finn was stabbed in the head and chest and almost died while protecting Dave from a man wielding a knife 😢 In a statement, Dave said: "I'm overjoyed that Finn's Law Part 2, or the Animal Welfare (Sentencing) Bill, has passed all of the stages and will be passed into law following Royal assent. "When this new bill comes into force later this year it'll mean that our beloved animals will be better protected and courts will have greater powers to impose longer prison sentences for those who commit horrific cruelty and abuse."

This is the heart-warming moment a group of schoolkids included a boy who uses a wheelchair in their game of American football - so he could score a touchdown 🙌 Teacher Katelyn Biggar pulled out her phone to film the wholesome moment at lunch 📱 The kids from Detroit Lakes Middle School, Minnesota, passed the football to Kale Hannah - aged 12 - who steered his electric wheelchair to the end zone during the game whilst the other kids all pushed past each other and chased Kale as he sped away smiling 🙌 Katelyn said: "It is not uncommon for them to find ways to include Kale. He's been going to school with them for years now, and they realise that he can't do all of the same things. It completely changed my mood that day, and made me so proud to call them my students. The kids encourage and cheer him on all the time! So for them, this wasn't new, but it was just finally captured on camera." You can't beat a bit of wholesome content like this ❤️
