What are your favorite diapers and wipes?
Like the title says, what are everyone’s favorite wipes and diapers? My 4 month old son uses pampers wipes and diapers but we’ve also used the Kirkland brand diapers and he’s done well with both of them! Just looking to see what other parents use as well

When did living life become a chore?
Today my husband went back in to the office for the first time in almost two years. He dropped off our 3 year old and 6 month old at daycare. I work from home, but it's slow today. I cooked a real breakfast (not a quick breakfast bar on the way to daycare or leftovers from the kids or whatever my husband made) and actually sat down at the table and ate it (not fetching ketchup or teaching the toddler about napkins or discussing weekend plans). It's quiet. I can think. I can breathe. It's empty. I can work uninterrupted. I can dance around in my underwear (not that I would, but I *could*). The house is a mess and I don't care. My hair is a mess and I don't care. There are a ton of responsible things I *should* be doing, but I'm not...and I don't care! It's glorious.

Child free people need to stay in their place
Just a rant…I really get sick of childfree people making me feel less than just because I have a kid. Like your life is better than anyones. News flash, it’s not. I have a whole different set of perspectives and issues to handle than you. Don’t get me wrong kids are a handful and a lot of responsibility but don’t tell me how to raise my children or (child) as I should say. I don’t care to hear how much you hate children, or how they disgust you. If you are that person we don’t need to be friends nor associates. Carry on…

I don't want to be the parent because I don't know what to do!
And I am crying! I feel like giving up. Such a failure. My 9 year old is rude, swears, and doesn't do his best at school. He is getting written up and sent to the principal but still doesn't get a clue of how to behave. I do my best. I am honest. Always following rules. I don't swear at my kids. I use my manners. I know where he is getting this stuff from. It's movies, tv, books and video games! Maybe friends influence him. I have taken all electronics away but I need to curate his book selection at the library. I don't know what else to do.

Don’t want to vacation with baby
We booked a trip to go to the beach with our baby in June. He’ll be 10 months. It’s an hour and a half direct flight. We booked back in January when I was dreaming of going someplace warm. Now that’s it’s getting closer I want to cancel. My main reason is it just seems like so much work. So much to pack, so much preparation. And let’s be real I’m going to end up doing it all. And once we are there the whole trip will be based around nap/feeding schedules. It doesn’t seem worth it. I don’t even like to take the baby to the store I find it exhausting. My other reason is airlines dropping mask mandates. I’m covid conscious and am pretty careful with what I expose my baby too. If he were older maybe I’d feel differently. And I’m not driving. A 10 hour car ride sounds like my own personal hell lol. My husband is getting annoyed with my change of heart. How do you all feel about traveling with little ones?

Sweetheart your “help” isn’t freaking helpful
Just frustrated. I have a 3yo who always, always wants to help me. ALWAYS. I’m grateful for my little helper, I really am. Lord knows it’s the only sort of help I get. But geez. Most of the time her “helping”just gets in the way. I was washing the dishes. I got to washing the glasses and braced myself because I knew she would still want to help. She ended up dropping one of the glass cups. I didn’t want to scold her for an accident but it’s really so annoying. I’m trying to take a shower. The entire time she’s standing outside the shower grinning because she can’t wait to help me dry off. 😁😁 Every single night when I’m trying to make dinner, she’s HAS to help. If I tell her she can’t help with a particular task it’s a tantrum and I feel bad because we’re already having a rough time and I know she just wants to make things easier.

Has Anyone Else Experienced This?
Hello, so my baby is almost 6 months old, and out of the blue this past week has randomly been projectile vomiting usually shortly after a feeding. She's been on the same formula since 2wks old and has never had an issue before. No sign of fever or illness, I took her to the doctor and he couldn't see anything overtly wrong. She'll make like a little cough or gag noise then shoot out whatever she just drank but it isn't everytime so its been very unpredictable. I'm just not sure what to do. She's already very small for her age so I'm worried about her losing weight

6 mo old not rolling
My baby is 6 months old and she is not rolling either way. She does great and a lot of tummy time, reached other milestones, tries to sit up etc. But no rolling! My pediatrician is not concerned, but should I be? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Do you wash your baby's pacifier/teether every time it falls on the floor?
Pretty much as the title asks. Do you wash it every time, even when your baby drops it every 5 seconds or just pick it up, make sure there's nothing on it and give it back to them?
