"My depression was so much worse while I was pregnant. I think that's because my body was changing so much and it was something I just was not ready for or used to, that feeling of being completely out of control." https://t.co/WopmqPNA3Y

Mental health care experts agree that the solution will involve investments in many sectors, including families, communities, and the health care system. However, schools are increasingly being recognized as central to solving the problem. @RhituC https://t.co/f9Z08bGwJz

There is no escaping Frozen
I had thought that by having a son in 2019 we were well beyond any serious risk of going through a Frozen phase. I figured we were far enough removed from the apex of its popularity we were safe. I was so, so wrong. I lost count of how many times we’ve listened to Let It Go today. I have the movie memorized. My son says “Elsa” more than any other word. We went to Target for school supplies and came home with Elsa everything. Our trip to the bookstore was met with excited requests for an Elsa book. I should have known there was no escape. No one can truly escape the grip of Frozen.

While going off to college is a huge life change for our children, make sure that you’re allowing yourself the time and space you need to process as well. It’s a big deal for us parents, too! https://t.co/aqBR33q8hE

Gender reveals
Thoughts on gender reveals? I’m 26 and having my first baby, me and my fiancé feel like it’s kind of a waste of money and we honestly want to find out as soon as we can because it’s our first and we’re excited. Have you had one/ will you be having one? I feel like nowadays everyone is doing them, especially at my age. If you didn’t have one did you regret it?? If you did, did you think it was a waste of money? 🥲 we both have HUGE immediate families
