Incredible views as Cassada and Rubio work on installing the right struts for upcoming solar array upgrades. They will start cleanup and head back to the airlock after installing the right mid strut. 🔧🌏 https://t.co/kM1tw7ng50

Just saw this stationary vertical red stripe in the sky, looking west from northern England. There for at least 2 minutes. Any ideas what it was?

why does the PNLF work for distance determination?
Ive done a bit of research on planetary nebulae and stumbled across the planetary nebula luminosity function. I couldnt find a source explaining why it works and i couldnt really think of an explanation myself. Does anybody know the answer or do you have good ideas? :)

Debating Pathways Program Internship (T.O.)
I applied for different internship positions and got accepted for an interview for one of them. I just received a TO but don’t know if I should accept it or not. My worries are having to leave school for a semester (possibly losing some financial aid), having to relocate to another state I’m unfamiliar with, the length of the program (3 work tours), and the position of the internship. I don’t have my career interests figured out which is why I applied to this position randomly and didn’t expect to get accepted. At the same time, this could be a huge opportunity for me as someone who hasn’t had any prior experience in this business-related field and could end up being a field I enjoy. This is a very large commitment one must take so I’ve been anxiously looking at the pros and cons of this situation and am no longer sure what path I should take. If any one can give advice that would be great!
