Has anyone tried this? i did it the other day as i had a migraine and i had the the most amazing flow. by the end i felt like i was floating in my own sweat. curious if anyone else has tried doing yoga in the dark. i had music playing but that was about it.

Hot yoga in the winter
I have been going to hot yoga and absolutely loving it. It is now starting to get quite cold and I have been super uncomfortable leaving yoga. It is the worst feeling being sweaty and clammy and getting into my cold car. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to make leaving hot yoga in the winter a little more comfortable?
