After about 3 months of Crow Pose and a few weeks of Crane I tried Lolasana today and I guess...it worked o.o I was shocked when I realised I did it :D Getting better and better is so satisfying!

Happy International Yoga Day, fellow yogis!
For some reason, I always injure myself somehow around Int'l Yoga Day every year, but this year I'm all okay hehe. I've been in a bit of a yoga (and life) slump the past few months, life has been way too busy and I haven't had the mental capacity to make time for yoga (which I honestly love so much). I practiced this morning after so long as a celebration of Yoga Day and getting back to finding some balance in life. Just thought it's worth sharing for anyone who is stuck like me or wants to start practicing 🪷 Happy yoga to you!

Happy yoga day everyone!! I just have one question , so i learnt this pranayam practice from one of my tutor , but i could'nt recall the name of this practice? Please can anyone help me ?? Steps are- 1. Sit in a comfortable position, spine straight 2. Join both hands only on finger tips in a mudra 3. Gently being in the mudra only use both your thumbs to close your nose on both sides 4. Inhale through mouth 5. Try to hold the breath and try to tuck your chin towards your chest , eyes must be open 6. Try to hold the breath at this posture for sometime 7. And then slowly take your head up and remove your thumbs from nose and exhale through nose ( mouth must be closed) This pranayam is good for blood flow to facial muscles, and eyes. If anyone is aware of , can you tell me the name. I am no longer in touch with my tutor and have searched online but couldn't find the name of this pranayam Thanks !

Last minute class
I’ve just been asked to have a solstice type class in my yard tonight. So last minute, but I have the time and a beautiful garden area. I’m thinking of giving everyone a little flickering tea light to put on their mat. Sun salutations obviously. A meditation, deep restorative poses. I’m hitting you all up for ideas. I have a solo stove I may have a fire crackling on my patio. Too much? I need some input fellow Yogi’s! 🙏🏻❤️
