how to get into yoga
Hello lovelies !! I want to get into yoga because its physically beneficial and spiritual (so I've heard but I'm not really sure how? If someone doesn't mind explaining :)) but whenever I follow a YouTube video, I feel so awkward and feel like I'm just following through with the motions. Does anybody have any tips?

Hot sensation
First time doing yin yoga tonight. Hugged knees with bolster under them. While leaned over let my head hang down. THEN… this band of heat came across my lower abdomen and wrapped almost around my back. And it was staying. It did not fade right away. It was the wierdest thing! Any thoughts on what this was. I’m so curious.

Calisthenics or yoga, which is better?
Hi! Which is better, calisthenics or yoga if you are female and very tall? The goal is to get better at sports (martial arts) and to be able to move better. I think yoga is easier than calisthenics if you are tall.
