yoga and perspective
I'm working on a blog post for my blog, coddiwpmplehps.com. Wanted to get some feedback from this community on what you've learned about perspective from yoga, or even how your view of your asana practice has changed over the years.

Anyone else think the new DownDog transitions are rushed?
They updated the videos, and she moves so fast in between poses now! It used to be soothing to watch her transition nice and easy, and she moved at a good pace for beginners. I don’t know why it bugs me so much.

Are liforme matts really worth the price?
Im confused between Lululemon, Manduka or Liforme. Has anyone had a liforme matt for awhile? Could you say it was worth the price?

Best mat cleaner that doesn’t strip the grip?
I use the lulu lemon reversible mat. I love these mats since they are so thing and comfortable but they tend to lose their grip when cleaned frequently. Any success stories?

my self-governed head moves in circles in meditation
I started meditation 2 months ago. 20mins twice a day. And started yoga a month ago. Everything I do is done as instructed in books. The meditation i do I learnt it from a book called Stress less accomplish more. The thing is that a few days ago, during the last section of my meditation my head starts to go around in circulatory manner, starts with circles short in diameter, and a little fast. I don't move my neck, I remain relaxed. I even have a large mirror in front and open my eyes and see my own head circulating like a madman. After a little the circles get wide but the velocity remains. After a while it is like the head runs out of petrol and it starts to slow down during the upward movement, while going down is faster. Eventually while going up it gets stuck and stopoed there. One time while it was going, the direction reversed in a spontaneous manner. I want to find another people with this experience, please submit a comment.
