What's the best way to improve dolphin pose?
Dolphin is my least favorite pose but it's the one I'm most determined to improve. When working on this pose which is more important: stacking my hips over my shoulders & elbows or planting my heels on the ground?

What are some yoga class red flags?
What are some red flags to watch out for in yoga classes? I'm currently finishing a YTT and while I have my own red flags and things I dislike, it would be interesting to hear from others so I can be the best teacher possible. Some of my red flags and things I never plan on doing in class are: -Doing physical adjustments without permission from the students -Bringing politics or drama of any form into the classroom -Giving unsolicited medical advice -Commenting on students' appearance (this includes their facial expressions--students don't have to smile or look happy if they don't want to, you never know how their day was or what they're going through). -Not managing time well & consistently starting class late/running over -Talking too much, especially in shavasana

What are some yoga class green flags?
I asked previously about red flags so I'm interested to hear what are some green flags that make you want to return to a class/studio. Here are some that I've noticed: -The instructor offering different levels/variations so that everyone can safely participate -Good time management: starting and finishing class on time -Good classroom management: giving verbal cues and adjustments but not getting side-tracked/holding one side too long -Being welcoming of new students -Asking for consent before touching a student/giving them the option to opt out of physical adjustments without feeling awkward

Over the ear headphones for at home yoga practice?
For starters, I’ve got a small head. Just got a pair of Kvidio Wireless Over the ear Headphones and tried them out. They’re good but overall don’t stay still on my head so it’s a bit distracting :/ They haven’t downright fallen off but they’re shifting all around. It makes me think over the ear headphones won’t work for something like yoga, with even my head going up and down in Cat-Cow. PS im not doing advanced yoga flows, just general flows like downward dog, cat cow, twists, warrior and lunges. What luck have you had? Any recommendations? Starting to think I just need to get wireless buds with the ear holder. Thanks!
