I tried everything to promote my merch but still didn't work. Should I just give up?
For the last 7 months I tried everything I can think of : I started with instagram influencers and paid in total 3500$ alone just for shotouts but barely got any traffic and few conversions ( in total I sold about 800$ ). Unfortunately after the shotout expired I no longer got sales. I tried google ads and was not good either ( from 1200$ I got in sales 741$). So I'm still at loss. I just feel like a complete failure and don't know if I should continue or simply give up. Can someone help me with advices? From what I research I have cheaper merchandise than my competitors so I don't think the product is the problem.

Canada has imposed tariffs on almost all Russian imports by withdrawing its ‘most favoured nation’ trade status after Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine. It is the first country apart from Ukraine to make the move but the EU is considering following suit https://t.co/NsxiQc8i6e https://t.co/M206Kb8TqY

Best web host for small business
So I'm starting a new small business and need a web host. I went with Godaddy initially but it became clear that everything about that website is designed to deceive the customer into paying as much money as possible. My business website would need to be dependable and reliable because it is the only real interface between us and the customer. Any feedback on your positive and negative experiences with web hosts for would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I need to rent a small building to use as a storefront/commercial kitchen for my cheesecake business. I do not have an LLC or anything yet. What's the first step?
I want to upgrade from selling cheesecake to friends and family out of my home to a shop (with a kitchen) I can make and sell my cheesecakes out of. I know I'll need an LLC, maybe a small loan, and a building to rent, but I literally no idea where to start. Should I use a realtor? Do I start by getting the LLC first and foremost? Or talk to a loan officer first? Any and all advice is so appreciated.

Business related, question about misuse of copyrighted documents for building permit
I’ve posted about this previously… basically, I am getting out of a commercial lease, but will need to continue to pay rent until the landlord finds a new tenant. I had all the paperwork (mechanical engineer, plumbing etc) for the build-out drawn up & paid for. Told the landlord I would not be submitting for a building permit since I’m backing out of the lease. Fast forward a few weeks- I check public records and see the landlord has submitted a permit with the city, using my bought/paid for/copyrighted Archtiect drawings with my logo removed. He also used my payment to a contractor for this permit without telling me (no wonder the contractor didn’t respond to me when I told him I no longer needed his services). When I mentioned this, he panicked and suddenly was willing to write up a contract to dissolve the lease with no further payments. So we are doing that. So my question is, exactly how illegal is what he did? He’s terrified of being sued.
