Worth of a very small social media account
I tried googling this information but the scale was so small I could not find anything reasonable to come to a conclusion. A company breaks up, one of the owners (Partner A) who was in control of a social media account has converted it into their own use. The account has - 81 posts and 121 followers, all of which was garnished by Partner A on their own time. What should Partner B expect to receive for compensation for this social media account that Partner A is now using for their own purposes. Thank you.

So I want to ask this lovely community, what are some obscure, unique and interesting ways you have figured out how to generate a substantial side income with your business? Looking forward to hearing your stories!

If Elon Musk owned Twitter, this would give him more scope to push through his personal vision of what free expression should entail. Yet that vision, to put it mildly, may not be shared by everyone else. Read more on our @ftmoralmoney newsletter: https://t.co/TNeaBaiwaC

LLC Taxed as S-Corp, Transferring Money from Business to our Personal Accounts
We are a two member LLC taxed as an S-corp. For the past few years, we have been using ADP to pay ourselves payroll. I've been hearing that you can just transfer money from our business account to our personal account and count it as an owner's draw. Do you still have to pay personal income tax on that transferred amount at the end of the year? Or does the business take all of that tax liability since it is the business's earned income? If there is no tax burden for me if I transfer it directly to my personal account, then I wouldn't need to use ADP to pay ourselves anymore, right?
