Due to unfavorable weather forecasts, we are still assessing when it's safe to bring the #Ax1 mission home from the @Space_Station. A new #Crew4 launch date will depend on this. Stay tuned for updates from us, @Axiom_Space and @SpaceX. https://t.co/3sCDeAiB6n

Getting a closer look at Phobos. @NASAPersevere used its Mastcam-Z camera to take video of Mars’ moon Phobos as it crossed the Sun. This eclipse lasted a little more than 40 seconds and gives the team insight into how Phobos’ orbit is changing over time. https://t.co/hOOQ8RIsRl https://t.co/V7fz6KbH8R

50 years ago today, Apollo 16 lunar module "Orion" landed on the Moon in the Descartes Highlands. John Young (seen here) and Charles Duke were on the Lunar surface for 71 hours and two minutes, while TK Mattingly circled the Moon in the command module "Casper." #Apollo50 https://t.co/slq06ptG0T

#OTD in 1962, during re-entry from 207,000 feet (ca. 63 km) in X-15-3, Neil Armstrong overshot Edwards AFB. He finally managed to turn back and land on the south end of Rogers Dry Lake. While landing, he had just 100 feet (ca. 30 m) of clearance between the trees on the lake bed. https://t.co/My1ZWaGMWI

SpaceX’s next crew mission will fly with a Falcon 9 booster — tail number B1067 — used on three previous missions. SpaceX replaced the booster originally assigned to the Crew-4 mission — B1069 — after it was damaged during a landing attempt Dec. 21. https://t.co/QyUmyXWfhD https://t.co/eOYHcCbOLn

The #Crew4 astronauts launching to the @space_station soon have trained together for months, but some of them have been acquainted even longer than that. Do you know which of these four were astronaut classmates? 🤔 https://t.co/5NcW8N9aSw
