How long before you tried intercourse again and any tips for the first time?
We are a little over 3 months postpartum. We try to have regular dates if we’re not crazy tired. LO is sleeping through the night so we feel like we’ve got some of our sanity back 😅 My partner and I still make time to be intimate with eachother. No sex yet but we have had moments where it almost led to sex. My fear is that I might accidentally hurt them since we haven’t had any sex since before our son was born. We would like to try soon but idk still have some nerves. And I’m wondering if it’s still too soon.

Found out late, need advice!
Hi everyone. So my girlfriend and I just found out yesterday that she is about 30 weeks pregnant. No real symptoms or anything until she just felt a bit run down and full...turns out it's a baby. I think we're still in the HOLY SHIT WE ONLY HAVE TEN WEEKS UNTIL WE HAVE A BABY stage. Any advice or anything will be super helpful. What should be the NEEDS and WANTS at this point? Thank you all in advance!

My husband is mad that I bought my 3 year old son a Barbie.
My son got $20 for Easter so we went to Walmart and I said he could choose anything he wanted. He’s usually super into cars/trucks/hot wheels, but recently hung out with my 5 year old niece who had tons of Barbie’s and he took a liking to them. He chose a Barbie and a Barbie car today at Walmart. My husband just got home from work and thinks it’s ridiculous that I let him pick that and says it’s embarrassing and doesn’t want anyone to see him playing with it. (He didn’t say this in front of my son). I personally don’t see anything wrong with him having Barbie’s or playing with them. How do I get my husband to agree?

I am so sick of "mom night" invites that start after 7pm!
Guys I don't know about you but sleep is a precious commodity. I have absolutely zero interest in going out drinking with a bunch of people I barely know when I could go to bed on time and feel rested the next day. It feels frustrating and I'm finding it hard to believe everyone but myself is regularly sacrificing sleeping just to shove some forced socialization into the end of the day. I'm gonna just host a moms only taco dinner at like 5:30pm and if no one shows up then I'll still have tacos and a good nights rest.

LPT: Do not watch anything funny if you're naptrapped!
Have I made this mistake many times? Absolutely. The moment you see a funny moment coming up in a video, shut that thing down unless you want to potentially wake your baby. Trying to hold it in could make it worse because now your whole body is shaking. Pause that video, save it for later, don't even think about it for a second more.

l have a 5 year old that still wants to sleep with us, and she'll wake up in the middle of the night and walk over to our bed. we're split between letting sleep with us and making her sleep alone. is it OK to still let her sleep with us when ever she feels she needs it?

Baby broke my partner
I went back to work a month ago. I work four 12 hour shifts a week, normally my MIL looks after my son because my partner and I work similar days (He does 6-8 hours a day). Last week, my partner had his first solo baby day while I was working. Before I left, he was talking about how much stuff he was going to get done and how easy it was going to be. When I came home, the house was a bomb site and he was well and truly humbled. Not so easy, is it?

Seeing my baby smile when she spends time with me or her Daddy is so precious!
She has just started expressing social smiles and it melts my heart to see her happy when seeing me or her father. It makes me feel like she knows she's loved and safe. One of the best moments was when we were both spending time with her and were both kissing her at the same time. Such a precious moment with my small family!
