When is the right time to leave your job after your startup gains some traction?
Earlier this year I started working on my [second saas product](https://dante-ai.com) (the first was a total disaster but a good learning experience), and fortunately, it's gaining some traction. I’ve been working on this project with one other person in our spare time for the past few months while we continue to work full-time. However, I'm considering quitting my job to dedicate more time to the project. Financially, we've hit a milestone with $2K+ MRR in 11 days since going live. I understand it’s not enough to support myself, yet, and as much as I want to quit my job I probably need to hold it down for another month or so and not act in haste.

Someone left bad review for our business. But the review mentioned someone who doesn’t work. I’m the only one who work and I’m the manger plus he said the stuff was rude. I’m the only one who works in the shop.

A platform from where you can start your investment in NFTs at any budget
I'm building a fractional ownership marketplace where people can buy some fraction of NFTs according to their budget. The name of my startup is Fraczone you can find me on Twitter also. I'm also releasing early access PASSES for our platform and some exciting rewards too From our platform, you will be able to buy and trade NFTs in fraction. This will reduce the risk of loss and will increase the liquidity and many more advantages. It's better to invest early than later.

Planned road project
I just found out that in the next 3 years they are potentially planning a road expansion that will take out the building our business is in. We had recently remodeled and have a lot of equipment that cannot be moved. We also have a small business loan that we are working to pay off but business is going well and we would be on track to pay it off in the next 2 years. Has anyone had this issue before and what avenues do I have to help with moving costs? I would estimate a minimum of $50k but probably closer to $100k in order to build in an available unit. We do not own the current property. We rent and the lease renewal is in 2025. The city is opening for public comment through email, virtual meeting and in-person. I would like to submit my opposition to the project but I doubt it will make any difference one way or the other. I'm looking for any and all advice so I can start making plans on what we can do.

Quickbooks Online & Taxjar
Any reason to run transactions through taxjar when I have Quickbooks Online automatic tax calculations? Currently we're exporting our transactions from our online store, uploading them to taxjar, downloading them, manually inputting them into Quickbooks Online. (hopefully Quickbooks support will help me figure out how to upload a csv or excel sheet. Working on that now)

Sticky Situation
I recently purchased a virtual business address from the company Regus. I put in all the correct information and they said I should be expected to receive the address through email but It has been 2 weeks since I've received anything from them. The company has essentially ghosted me as I have sent various emails to them as well as calling but the emails have yet to be responded to and when I do call they say they'll either pass the information onto someone else then hang up or say they will transfer me and the call ends. I've read about how this company does this all the time but I didn't think it was going to that big of a deal as all I wanted was just an address to attach an LLC to. Should I keep contacting them until they budge or should I call my bank to block the transactions coming through or take legal action, thought that is a last resort.

If I want to set up a business for general creative services should I sign up for a sole proprietorship?
I work a full time job but I’m my free time I like to make jewelry sell art and vintage goods as well as provide pet portraits. I know it’s pretty varied, but I’m interested in possibly setting up a general creative services business to cover all of these. Does a sole proprietorship make sense here? I’ve been doing a lot of research and understand the liability risks, but outside of that is there any reason I shouldn’t sign up for a sole proprietor? Thank you in advance for your help or any advice!

Asset and Stock Purchase
I am in the process of buying an LLC with a loan from the SBA. My attorney wrote a purchase agreement where 100% of the membership was an asset. The bank rejected it and said that's not an asset purchase. Has anyone heard of this tactic before? The agreement was written where I could keep the existing LLC, but without the liabilities, in theory I suppose. I have loan approval and we are having to stop everything and go back into underwriting. I'm curious if this was a legitimate legal idea my attorney had or very bone-headed. It's frustrating because we used a letter of intent to get the SBA process going and it clearly stated in the LoI that I was buying all the membership interest. The bank just ignored that sentence I guess since it said "Asset Purchase" in the header.

I’m going to build the most influential charity in the world!
Hello r/smallbusiness. I would like to ask you for your best ideas. I have in mind a entity that will eventually be a charity for scientific research, akin to cancer research. Here in Canada, a charity is a legal designation with the Canada Revenue Agency. You have to apply. Before applying, you really have to have it all planned out. They also advise that you already have the organization set up. That is not where I am in the process. I know I want to fundraise for a certain kind of scientific research. However, how to start and what are my first steps I don’t know? Has anyone started a charity before? Any ideas?

The ChatGPT4 Exploiting Sigma
I was a struggling entrepreneur trying to make ends meet. I spent countless hours trying to drive traffic to my website and promote my products, but I was barely making enough to pay the bills. That's when I discovered Sigma - the revolutionary online software that changed everything for me. With Sigma, I was able to create "set 'n' forget" sites in just 48 seconds and blast them to over 100 traffic sources. I didn't need any tech skills or experience - Sigma did all the work for me. And best of all, I started making money on autopilot - $45 per hour, to be exact. (Its not true, I had to work hard. But the results actually surprised me) But this wasn't just a "get rich quick" scheme. Sigma uses the power of AI to create profitable [Read further...](https://medium.com/@aliafzalwrites/the-chatgpt4-exploiting-sigma-the-revolutionary-online-money-making-tool-b833357808d5)

In desperate need of feedback. I made this AI website generator for small businesses… it's supposed to make website building extremely simple but I wanna know if it actually does / if you guys would even want something like this.
It started as a lil side-project for r/entrepreneur & [they liked it](https://www.reddit.com/r/Entrepreneur/comments/13ckagv/i_built_an_ai_startupgenerator_for_this_sub_that/). Enter your business name/topic/whatever - free style - and you get a website in 7 sec. I still don't know if actual business-owners need this, which is what this post is for. I'm no small business owner but I feel like website-building can be a headache for those who just want a simple website to get their business out there. For sure I could be wrong, so I need feedback from you guys. I wanna know if you actually need this and what I'm missing. It's free to generate and I made buying it (host+domain) cost price to get feedback flowing. I'm eager to know what you guys think. I'll make whatever features you suggest. [Here](https://legit-startups.com/) it is.
