How often do you practice?
Hi all! I’m obsessed with Yoga (well more sort of gymnastics style things really!) but I wondered if there’s a time where it becomes too often to practice? Like if I’m doing something every day is that too much? Or can I do more and it won’t matter?? I want to perfect my handstands as I used to be incredible at them and it’s frustrating me but I also don’t want to over do it and injure myself haha Any advice is massively appreciated

Yoga from home w/ carpet?
I'm moving and my new place is going to have carpet basically everywhere but the bathroom/kitchen. I hate the feeling of my mat over carpet - does anyone have suggestions? I'm thinking that I might need something hard to lay under my mat like a tatami but maybe there's something else I should try?

Yoga for plus size?
Hi. I recently took up yoga and have been doing it since January. I found a youtube instructor I really like and I'm loving it. My issue is that I'm a big girl and I physically can't do some of the moves - my legs are too thick or my tummy is in the way and I physically can't bend into that shape. I'm wondering will this improve as my flexibility increases or should I find a yoga instructor for bigger people or does it even matter? Thanks.

Beginner Advice
Good morning I’m in a bit of a pickle. I used to be very into yoga many years ago, then life and career/ many moves happened and it got away from me. I had a baby two years ago and it was… complicated. I feel like my whole body is out of whack physically, as well as my mind and soul. Remembering how yoga used to make me feel (very much aligned) I want to get back into it permanently. I’ve been trying but it’s been too long and jumping back in isn’t going to happen. I need to rebuild my foundation. I have found nothing in my little town in Texas classes wise so I’m thinking I’m on my own. I’ve been doing the YouTube thing, but there’s really nothing I’ve found about proper technique and positioning. Would anyone here be able to point a baby bird in the right direction? Thank you so much!

Doubt regarding Neti pot/ Nasal irrigation
Hey there people, i have a doubt that i need opinions on. i have something like a morning allergy. i wake up with a stuffed nose and always have to blow my nose and there is clear liquid. sometimes i sneeze and my nose feels like a mucus gun. so i tried nasal irrigation. i got something called nasoclear bottle. but something really bothers me and i want to know if it's normal or why it happens that is, when i push water through 1 nostril it will slowly go out the other after that when I switch it usually won't come out the other nostril instead comes out my mouth and its uncomfortable. yes, I keep my mouth open, i tilt well. but I notice happening. sometimes I feel like where all this water is going and if all of it is coming out. I'm new to this. however, after using it and a couple of nose blows it clears out.

Teaching courses
I know a lot has been said about different courses you to take to teach, can you tell me how you have found them, and what accreditation you generally find in a reputable business? I’m traveling this winter and was hoping to take a few courses internationally, but I’m not sure where to look. Any suggestions are great! Yoga Anatomy courses on a budget?
I'm not a yoga teacher, just a nerd with a yoga practice who would like to have a better sense of the body. I bought a copy of Kaminoff's Yoga Anatomy book but I could really benefit from some lectures/structured courses. But most of the classes I'm finding are at least $350 and go up from there. I don't care about CE credits or interacting with instructors/other students. Open source would be ideal, willing to spend up to $100. Thanks!!
